What the heck are people going to do now?  Hopefully you aren’t like most people who just accept whatever hand is dealt to them.  Please understand that there are people like myself who are not affected by the stock market crashes.  I have been screaming to people for years that real estate investing, if done correctly  consistently outperforms the stock market time and time again.  Is anyone going to listen to me?

I just found out about the crash today!  As many of you know, I am completing an e-book that is going to go on sale on October 1, 2008 at 10am. Do yourself a favor and purchase it on clickbank.com.  My book”Private Money Goldmine“, shows you how and where to invest your money and get safe returns of 18% minimum.  The way I see it is like this, “To get what you never had, you have to do what you have never done”.

When this quote is dissected, you will see that it is really deep.  If you keep doing what you have always done, like investing in the stock market, you can’t help but to get what comes from the most volatile market in the world.  We are going through a depression. You must find alternative ways to  invest your money.

The Stock Market Is Not It! This is the very reason that I formed the CL Jones Real Estate Network.  My members are exposed to the most creative, and safe investments out there.  I won’t allow my members to get sucked in to the stock market fiasco.  I pray that as you read my blog that you let all of your friends and family know about me.

I believe that elderly people need this information. They have worked their whole lives and are now looking at their accounts go south for the winter.  The baby boomers can’t afford to lose one penny of their hard earned money.  One of my partners, Ginger Blomberg, who is 58 years old, will be addressing the issue of baby boomers feeling left out in the cold.  There are investments out there that are safe and will give you double digit returns if you just seek them out.

It feels great to wake up in the tranquil settings of sunny gator town.  It is so much different in the south than in CT.  No hussle and bussle.  Everyone is friendly, and I don’t have to look out for snow.  I am taking the next two weeks to complete some unfinished business in my life.  My main goal for coming to Florida is to complete a book that I have been trying to complete for at least a year. 

So I’m going to walk in the steps of  T. Harv Eker, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and many more great human beings.  Each of the gentlemen that I just mentioned spoke about going into the wilderness or just being with nature so that they could work on their life callings without any distractions.  No its my turn world!   You see I’m more than an just a real estate investor. 

New Author

 I am an author as well.  I have so many stories inside of me.  Now is the time for my story to be told.  I understand that we all have have what it takes to accomplish greatness.  I have decided that I’m going to be the next big thing!  I’m going to be salt.  I have to let my light shine brightly. 

 So there you have a tidbit on whats going on in my mind and heart.  But back to the real estate.  My goal is to take advantage of a market in Florida that has one of the greatest sales in real estate going on.  My team is putting together trememdous real estate packages for anyone who is interested in buying land, tax liens, condos, and houses.

No B.S. Real Estate

Real estate has been really good to me, and it has been really bad as well.

I say that because most so called gurus won’t tell you whats on both sides of the fence. The truth is most people don’t make tons of money in the first year like the gurus would have you to believe. We are going to keep it real here.

That’s why I’ve coined the phrase “No B.S. Real Estate Investing.”

The great side is that you can make a ton of money in this business once you pay your dues. And the only way to pay your dues is by educating yourself, gaining experience by taking action.

It takes Money

So yes you are going to have to spend a ton of money on your education if you want to be successful. Next, you are going to have an excellent coach ( they will probably charge you for their time) to push you past all of the B.S. in the business. An excellent coach will help prepare you mentally first for what you are about to embark on. I can’t say this loud enough, If you aren’t properly trained, you will go broke in this business. Real estate investing is not for the weak at heart or spirit. You will get exactly what you put into this business(just like any other business)

I have had the best training from Robyn Thompson , TC Bradley, Alan Cowgill, Charlie & Randy France and many more. I have dedicated my life to real estate. And in doing so, I have neglected other areas in my life. But this site isn’t really about me. My blog is about me helping you.
